ORDER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

If you are shopping for the festive season, to guarantee delivery before 24th December 2024 (even if your order is personalised), please ensure that your order is placed before 2.00pm (GMT) on or before the below dates:

 

European Delivery - by 10am Monday 16th December

UK Standard Delivery - by 1pm Friday 20th December

 

Orders placed by the dates shown will be scheduled for pre-Christmas delivery with our carriers, however we suggest that your order ASAP to avoid any unforeseen delays with customs.

 

We are delighted to confirm that we ship to every country in Europe.

You will be pleased to know that we will ship all orders to EU member countries with VAT and duties pre-paid at no extra charge to our customers. Orders are shipped in batches to our depot in the Netherlands who then ship the orders individually with DPD. Due to this you will not receive the dispatch email with a tracking like right away.

Orders made before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, except during very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods. During very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods, we still dispatch the vast majority of orders same day, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this for all orders. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.

In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online between Wednesday 23rd October 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including Friday 10th January 2025 for a full refund back to your original payment method.

Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached.

If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item. Proof of postage costs will be required.

Please note we currently are unable to offer an exchange service for EU customers so all returns are refunded. If you require a size up or a different colour then you will need to place a new order. If you get in touch then we would be happy to wave the shipping charge on your new order.
